Negatives:
They charged me at the property and when we got home they charged me again. After contacting them to figure everything out, they told me I still owed them money. We stayed 1 night. And in total they have charged me almost $500 when my total was half that.

Positives:
When I booked this room online I asked that I receive confirmation when the room was clean and requested it be ready by 5-6pm, which is an option in the booking process. Never received confirmation it was ready, went to check in at 6pm and received confirmation text the room was ready AFTER checking in. Walk inside the lobby and nobody was around. Stood there waiting to check in and see a woman getting a beverage at the beverage station in the lobby. 10 min later she asks if we are guests wanting to check in and then decides to make her way to the desk to check us in. Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, greasy handprints all over the windows among other things. No chairs to sit in at the area to eat in the kitchenette as shown in photos. Booked the room to simply sleep for the night so nothing extra was ordered. Also, was charged more money randomly after checking out (attempted multiple times) and never got a receipt for my stay, the extra charges incurred or any communication from the hotel. Will never stay here again.

Positives:
The breakfast was good. I had the special of the day once and it was very good. The chef prepared exactly what I wanted.
Negatives:
I didn't like that my room was never cleaned. I arrived on a Monday and checked out on a Friday. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. I was given only one wash cloth when I arrived. Was told that rooms were only cleaned every third day or so. The funny thing there was a notecard on the room desk that told you how to tip housekeeping.

Positives:

Negatives:
At 1:05 am an African American who wasnt a customer was asked where his ride was on 5/25 overnight. He was drinking coffee and making a mess. It was dumped on his clothing and on a table of the hotel. The individual who was African American was trying to start a fight with me face to face with myself. As a customer I shouldnt have to pay for a hotel that doesnt discipline that type of activity. I shouldnt verbal confrontations with individuals in the hotel as a customer. The African American wasnt a customer of the hotel and was waiting for a ride to another location. At 1215 am the hotel was still having noise issues from the outside gathering space. The front desk staff advised me that it had 3 complaints already. The overnight of May 26th, I was awoken at 3:30 am where I was staying at the hotel. Shay supposedly left at 11pm for her shift and then there was no overnight auditor in place. I was walking around waiting for them to appear. I was awoken by individuals in the common area where they were sitting by the firepit drinking excessively. There was a Caucasian woman who was thin and has black hair. When I was sitting down by the front desk the woman was proceeding to leave with one of them at the fireplace to a room. I heard the elevator beep sound where they proceeded to use the elevator. Then I made another sweep through the hotel to find the hotel staff but didnt find anyone. I used the elevator to proceed back to my room. I reach the second floor where I was past room 215 where I hear a mans voice very loudly speaking to a woman. Then I reach my room in 206. At 4 am there was a Caucasian male pulls up with a silver SUV forerunner with a female driver where they leave their headlights on where the white male wonders around aimlessly in the grassy area by the pine trees. At 4:03 am I proceed down the hallway where there is a white male talking to another white male where the other white male is asking if the individual has a phone charger.
