Positives: Convenient location and a lots of food options surrounding. Clean and comfortable. Toilets were a little janky but worked.

Negatives: The customer service was good until it wasn’t. The front desk guy Ty was helpful in the beginning but became lazy. We asked for tooth paste and he said they didn’t have anymore. We waited and went back down in the morning and the lady working was sweet and said “of course, we have plenty”.

Positives: The lady checking us in (I failed to catch her name) was outstanding! She was friendly and helpful! Great experience from the time we walked in. Clean comfortable room, good breakfast. We don't come to Hays very often, but when we do we will stay there again.

Negatives: Only thing I would have liked is cartons of skim milk for breakfast, but everything else was great.

Positives: The staff were friendly & helpful. The accommodations were clean and up to date. Brandon at the front desk was especially helpful when my granddaughter spilled her juice. I asked for a rag to clean it up but Instead of just handing us the rag, he cleaned it up and told her it was ok that things happen sometimes!
