The property was MUCH nicer than I was expecting it to be for the price that I paid. I had never stayed at a Wyndham property before, but I will be looking for one on my next road trip! This place was fantastic in every way: polite and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, good facilities, beautiful lobby with plants and natural lighting, etc.
Negatives:
I have no idea if the property can do anything about this, but Google Maps takes you out into the middle of nowhere when you put the address in.

Cockroach in bathroom...trashcans are to small..shower had no changeable settings for customer. Bed was to hard for me..could hear people upstairs moving about all night thru the ceiling...left early at 3am.

I wish we didn’t have to ask to have our room serviced. It would be nice if it could be like it used to be: rooms were serviced daily for the price we pay. There also seems to be about a $30 discrepancy between reserving the room on booking.com and the actual price.

Really liked this hotel when we visited before.
Negatives:
One of the air conditioning units in our suite was broken. It was warm in our room. They didn’t have any other options other than a box fan. They didn’t offer to comp any of our stay. They said we could move into two separate rooms, but we had our kids with us and we paid for a suit with a kitchenette and seating area.

Good size room for the price. Liked the overall atmosphere of the facility. Liked facility other amenities to include full exercise room and pool.
Negatives:
Bathrooms need improvement. Showerhead should be replaced with hose and sprayer that user can hold individually. Shower should have door that closes instead of a single pane that cover 3/4 of the opening. Bathroom needs railings on both near the toilet and the shower itself for safety needs to prevent falls. Area near sink & wall needs hooks on wall to allow user to hang mirror or other toiletries.
