Positives: Friendly staff the room and location. The breakfast was excellent. We stay at the hotel every time we are in the Kansas City area. Plus we got a good rate on a,very,comfortable room.

Positives: The room was very nice and it was convenient to our location needs. Good Breakfast except for rock hard biscuits.

Negatives: The advertisement stated there was a Restaurant and Bar. our non-cancellable reservation un-warned that the facility was under renovation, which was noisy very early. We spent more than normally wanting onsite rest and bar. Toilet paper was poorest ever.

Positives: The hotel was undergoing renovations, but it was unobtrusive, and not too loud. The breakfast selections were great, with comfortable seating, and our room was spacious.

Negatives: Our bathtub/shower leaked the first night. It was repaired the next day while we were out, and didnt really impact our stay. I do wish that this location had an indoor pool.

Positives: They were in midst of remodel but even then the Hotel was great!!! Rooms, front desk, options, breakfast and even parking was great.

Negatives: Bed was not great for my bad back but who is to say that will not change after remodel. I do not like having to put app on my phone to change channels. My phone did not trust app so it was a hassle and very inconvenient. Other than that, it was a great stay!!
