Fan and in bathroom had separate switch then light (seems like a small thing but having that run drowns out noise)

Price charged did/does not match what your quoted on sites like booking/etc. I was charged 12 dollars more.
Lights on east side of building make the room daylight at 3am. Had to put comforter over top of curtains to block light.
Charged for a room with a queen. Bed is clearly a double. This is a crappy tactic on behalf of the hotel to trick people. I even called desk to ask/complained and was told repeatedly it’s a queen. It’s not.
Room 227 is tiny. Think NYC sized room.
Not the cleanest place
Caulk in room 227 looks like a 12yo did it.
There’s some mold in places you typically see in cheaper hotels.
Rooms should have mirror outside bathroom so others can get ready while others are using the bathroom.
I could probably fined 10 more things to list in Cons.
The difference in price and lying about the bed size is what really prompted a 1 star review. The other stuff I can deal with.
Stay somewhere else. The place next door (staybridge looks nicer).
You won’t be happy here for the price you pay, trust me. Will never stay again.

The gentleman at the front desk was terrible. Worst customer service that I’ve ever received. It took almost an hour to get checked in. He was having “system” issues. He was extremely rude and seemed completely incompetent. I will never stay at this property ever again.

Located in nice neighborhood. Staff are friendly.
Negatives:
As soon as I walked in the room, I spotted a piece of Jelly Bean that didn’t get vacuumed from previous guest. It was at the corner of the room. On the other corner, there was a piece of tiny candy bar wrapper stuck under the bed.
Bathroom floor didn’t get cleaned very well. It was dusty and there were hair on the floor. Clearly the floor wasn’t cleaned very well.
Shower pressure is very weak.
