After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Positives: This Hyatt is an a clean safe location. We were in Kansas City for my sons basketball tournament. It was a little out-of-the-way, but was recommended to us by a friend. It is very close to the highway so accessible and coming from a rule area. It was a little louder than Im used to for sleeping, breakfast was good. Lots of options. The staff kept it clean and full. We ate dinner next-door at Jack stacks which was excellent a short walk away. I went and got a coffee at the market.

Positives: Good location things to do around the area. The rooms are nice and clean. My third stay I was given a smaller room with a walk in shower which I wasnt crazy about the room size but it was comfortable.

Negatives: Parking is horrible. It doesnt take much time if the hotel is busy for you to have to result in parking far away to get a parking space, the parking lot is narrow in the front and rear with one parking row only. The hotel itself is long and narrow so parking is sparse
