Negatives: It was all great.

Negatives: Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, floor in the bathroom was dirty, stool didn’t work very well, need chair height toilets!!

Negatives: Price point, and to recieve a dirty room was not desirable

Negatives: The toilet seat did not fit properly on the stool and the handle on the sink faucet came off

Negatives: I'm a nighshift nurse, & I came to Manhattan, KS to rest & prepare for a huge exam I had the next morning. I was in room 105. When I arrived at 3pm, I noticed it was generally dirty like everything needed wiped down & the floors needed cleaned, including the shower & the great jacuzzi tub they boasted about. The phone wasn't plugged in, so I plugged it in, & it didn't turn on, so I couldn't call the front desk. I noticed the phone was labeled 106, so someone must have tried to replace it or something. The TV wouldn't work. I was too tired at that time to care & decided to ignore it for now since I was going to just watch netflix on my phone instead, but boy did I make a mistake. I decided to get in my pajamas & take a 4 hour nap, because I was too tired to care, & I'm not generally a complainer or a Karen. I checked the bed to make sure the sheets were clean & changed. They were really crappy thin quality white sheets, but they were clean. The pillows were weird & lumpy but seemed clean. When I turned the lights off, I noticed that there was a slit across the shade, but it didn't go all the way through, so it wasn't noticeable until the lights were out & light streamed through it. So I hopped in bed. Thank God I sleep in the day & work at night, because I got to witness what most people don't notice until after they are bit in the middle of the night. I woke up around 9 pm, & to my horror turned to my right & there were big well-fed bed bugs on the pillows next to me. I screamed, jumped out of bed & ended up landing in a pool of water from the fridge that leaked all over the floor while I slept! With wet socks & a feeling of terror, I pulled the sheets back & to my horror the bed bugs were everywhere but thank God not on my body. I took photos with my room key for proof. I decided to do some more investigating before making my complaints known.

Negatives: The elevator was very slow and I wish that the pool had been available.

Negatives: The faucet came off when using, the toilet seat wasn’t secure, paint was pealing, the bed was awful. A train ran throughout the night.

Negatives: Breakfast starts 6am, good most places, but she had to be on the road 05:30 to get to local place to work. Slim pickings, better than nothing, but only a little there considering what should have been breakfast. Might look elsewhere next time.

Negatives: There were a few things with the room I would have changed, but it worked for a place to sleep.
