Lady Meg on the front Desk was very rude with me and my family last Saturday September 16 when we want to check in. Any questions you asked, she was very rude and don't want to answer the question. I spend almost 1 hour on the front desk to check in because of the payment made by booking.com to the hotel is not sufficient. the booking.com don't want to pay some fees, but they took all of total price from my account. it was bad experience.

We were in town for a funeral. Check in was easy & very nice lady. Slept well. Breakfast lady very nice also.

The hotel staff that helped us during our check in went way above and beyond helping us sort things out because we reserved it on a wrong date and he fixed it with his manager and checked us in right away, a little earlier, than what it was supposed to be
