Positives: I want to commend Maria who was extremely helpful in getting us a room that didn’t have a noisy air conditioner. She was polite and professional and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was also good and we like the rooms at Hyatt Place

Negatives: Noisy air conditioning and we moved rooms several times. Handicapped parking was really far from the hotel entrance. Undergoing renovations so only one elevator was working.
