I set up a reservation for a double room with two beds and received a reservation for one bed. I was not greeted at the lobby until 20 minutes after arrival although it was after hours we did make the proper arrangements. When I was on the phone with the customer service to speak of these grievances, they told me to contact the front desk; hours after we were leaving. Because, of course, the front desk doesn’t open until 9 AM. I had asked the ladder customer service agent if I will be compensated for the lesser bed and he could not comfirm. I have not been compensated and will never recommend thus hotel to another unless they wish to be disappointed.

Customer Service. Hours of service. No breakfast provided. And I did mot get the double reservation that I booked. There was one bar of soap. And two cups to drink with sink water provided. No tissues. And only one night-stand. Two cheap plastic chairs and no tv remote??

It was horrible. People smoking at all entrances and not just cigarettes. Staff was apathetic and then charged for each dog. LaQuinta doesn't even do this. People talking outside our window at night. Loud cars in parking lot. Rooms were so sparse there wasn't even a cup. Entry way smelled like pee.
