Positives: The facility is great, location is perfect, breakfast was amazing and the beds really comfortable.

Negatives: The pool is so cold you cant swim in it which was very disappointing with our 3 grandchildren. I had read some reviews that the pool was cold so I called prior to our arrival about that and the desk clerk said it had been resolved. Our first evening there we asked the staff to please turn up the pool temperature and she said she would ask maintenance. The next morning we asked if it had been resolved and she said she hadnt had a chance to ask about it. That same afternoon we asked again and she said she asked maintenance but nothing had been done. Its sad because there were several kids at the pool but none would get in.
