Positives: Breakfast was good

Negatives: The room was strong smell of cigarette smoke had to leave door open while we left for the evening to air out the room, wash cloths and towels were stained badly, Bedsheets had cigarette burn holes in them. There needs to at least be some type of air purifying system in the rooms to help with the type of situation that we were stuck with.

Positives: Absolutely nothing! It was filthy and smelled like mold so bad I couldnt breathe. There was dirt and mold on the walls and fridge. Black stuff and dirt on the shower, the blankets were dirty and stained. There were also bugs on the bed.

Negatives: My preschooler loved the fact that we had a great view of the train tracks across the street, but it was difficult to sleep through the trains that came by in the middle of the night and there was a hole in the bathroom where a light should have been for starters.

Positives: I love this place. It's like a little hide away. The staff are really nice. It's always very clean. My son and grandson live close by. One in Huntington and one near Chesapeake.

Negatives: This property is listed as pet friendly and I had a confirmed reservation. However, when I arrived for check-in with my dog I was told I could get a room because my reservation did not specify that I was bringing a pet. I always travel with my dog and book in pet friendly properties. I have never had this problem. I had to find another place to stay.

Negatives: Burn marks on the covers, lack of communication or training of staff. And the manager offered a room with a with a jacuzzi for free only if he could join. He Watched my room from the front desk to see when i came and left and confront anyone that came by to see me. Knowing that I was in the room by myself. I didn't feel comfortable enough to stay another night there by myself so I checked out.
