Days Inn by Wyndham Grayson

Negatives: I have to say the property was wonderful and thanks to the staff for all their help in fixing the mess that booking.com made. First I booked several months in advance THEN on the morning of our arrival booking.com cancelled my reservation leaving me scrambling to find a place to stay for the week of Thanksgiving. I called the hotel directly and spoke to the front desk they were super helpful. I also called booking who apologized and said they would honor the original reservation so I kept all emails from them to settle when we finished our trip....Well they lied they have done nothing but give me the runaround since our return needless to say I will use search engines to check on hotels but will NEVER use Booking.com to make a reservation again. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because that made for a very stressful start to a family vacation!!!

Negatives: My wife and I travel a lot to visit the grandkids. This was BY FAR the cleanest most updated hotel we've stayed on, $94 plus tax for a king size. Can't beat it, will definitely stay there in the future. Along with the cleanliness, lobby and halls decorated for Christmas.

Negatives: Access to and easy access to ice machines..

Negatives: Manager not available and after 2 days I’ve not been contacted by manager in regard to concern. I addressed the needed to send photo of proof that my dog is a SERVICE DOG and I’m still being charged. I won’t return —“Shady” Staff and Manager. I contacted the property at 2:38 p.m. and was told manager was not there!!!!’

Negatives: I booked a double Queen room but the beds were very narrow. They were very comfortable but really not suitable for 2 people. My teen boys are very tall and were sharing the other bed in the room and there wasn’t really enough room for them. Shame as everything else was great!

Negatives: There wasn’t an elevator!

Negatives: Nothing.

Negatives: I reserved an ADA accessible room. This was not given. I requested accommodations from both Days Inn and Bookings. Nothing was done. This is a gross violation of my ADA rights as a disabled person. I expect a refund. See photos. NO handrails in tub. Bed was so high that I had to use a stool to get into bed. I'm 5'2", I'm short but not that unusual. ADA compliant rooms are to have bed no more than 20-23 inches from floor to top of mattress.

Negatives: Breakfast definitely

Negatives: Clean and very helping staff.

Negatives: Tiny bathroom. Key cards could not be made. Not much of a breakfast. Did not like the Halloween decorations.
