The lady at the front desk was very nice. The front desk area was clean and smelled good.
Negatives:
The room we stayed in, 210, smelled of dog and urine as soon as we walked in. You can tell they try and hide the smell with a lot of air freshener or disinfectant spray but it doesn't work. The bathroom had mold growing on the shower and ceiling. There were dirty hand prints on the bathroom walls. The toilet seat nor the lid would stay lifted. The shower and sink drained incredibly slow so you stand in 3 inches of water the whole time you're showering.

The pool and room also the breakfast was all exceptional the only thing that was inconvenient was there wasn't any towels at the pool and I ask the man working up front if I needed to get towels for the pool and he was sure there was towels in there when we got in to the pool area we noticed there was one towel and 5 of us

While swimming we ask for towels and was ignored by staff so all 5of us shared 1 towel
