Positives:
I liked the hard surface floors; no carpet to hold dirt or odors. Room was clean, fresh and new. Air conditioning worked great. Shower had high pressure and hot water. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Price was excellent.
Negatives:
I would have liked turkey sausage instead of pork. The television in the lobby was not tuned in to a channel. They are gutting out the first floor for renovations, but they do advise quests where to walk to avoid seeing it. Would definitely stay again.

We stopped by here last minute because of the eclispe traffic, The owner was very welcoming and friendly, they were under construction on the bottom floors, but the 3rd floor was all complete and he said if we needed anything please ask and made sure our stay was a great one. Loved the shower head.

I did not like the voice nor the roaches.i did not like the fact that 7 days later I have still not received my refund. I called to complain and the desk clerk told me that if she was the manager she would have not refunded my money.
Positives:
I ended up staying after a devastating tornado hit my town and I was unable to stay in my home. I was on crutches due to a recent surgery I had and I must say that as soon as the young lady at the desk realized that I was approaching the doors with crutches she ran to the door and held it open for me. This was the 4th night in a hotel and no one in the other hotels I stayed in ever helped me with anything (doors, luggage, etc.). I did reserve a room with 2 beds and was given a room with 1 bed and a couch, which I opted to stay in (too tired to move and due to shortage of hotel rooms in the area thought maybe a bigger family could use that type of room) they promptly brought me lots of extra sheets and blankets for the couch and my kid thought it was actually fun to sleep on the couch. Sorry I can’t remember the names of the 2 ladies working that night but I had so much going on. Thank you ladies for your kind words and support!!

The only suggestion is to not do renovations during the holidays, but maybe they were completely necessary.
