Staff was great with one exception (1 member did lie to me stating the cash drawer is locked at night) day front desk was surprised when I told her. In general hotel was clean and staff was very accommodating.

Yes. Upon leaving the desk clerk told me that the room smelled of Marijuana and we don't smoke. Then told me that because there was no ashes she has to give me my deposit back. She basically accused me of something for nothing.

Front desk clerk did not care to check computer for open room right after 2pm arrival. Her response was check in is at 3pm. There was an empty parking lot and we know check out is at 11am so there had to be at least 1 open room. She cared less.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location around restaurants and good breakfast with some hot items plus cereals, bagels, etc.

Room did not feel well cleaned. The carpet was vacuumed but felt dirty walking on it.
