The lady that checked us in Bernadette I think wasn't very friendly or informative. The parking was 30.00 a day. Then she asked if I wanted to pay an extra 30.00 then I would have unlimited access to garage to come and go as we please.. I think that should already be included with the 30.00 a day fee.. The pillows were horrible. The windows were dirty. The furnace cabinet was open and wouldn't shut and it was full of dust!! The room had a mechanical smell because we were right next to the. Mechanics of the building. After our first night, I seriously thought about asking for a refund for our second night and calling the Cambria and staying there. But I thought that would be to much of a hassle and we just made the best of it!! Went to breakfast at the hotel eggs weren't done right food wasn't hot and service was very slow.
