Negatives: Check in was awkward and seemed to take a long time. The pet rate is excessive at $75 per night, that is half the value of the room rate, how about a $75 depot and $50 is refundable or goes towards points with no damage /pet issues? The desk chair in the room was too Fru-fru how about a regular desk chair with arms. Also a small cushion chair and ottoman in the corner.
