Negatives: The overall room could have been cleaned better. The property had some disrepair and the side entrances smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff was not very congenial.

Negatives: No breakfast, coffee in the lobby but the coffee cups were too small, no coffee maker in the room, no cups in the room, no hangers in the closet, a bug stuck into the bathtub grout on the floor, some kind of insect trails on the ceiling above the TV; too far to the exit; I’d prefer a motel where the door from the outside goes right into your room, since I had a lot of Christmas presents and luggage that I wanted to protect from possible robbery by bringing them inside the room; had to walk all the way down the hall from room 128 to the front lobby pushing the wheeled luggage carrier to ask someone to open the front doors for me—you’d think a room that was for people with a disability would not be so far from the lobby or the exits; there was an exit halfway down the hall, but it had big iron doors so it was too hard to carry things through them

Negatives: Chair in this particular room was worn out.

Negatives: The property was clean, but dated.

Negatives: The bathroom needs an update as the floor was cracking.

Negatives: Generally clean but little attention to detail—shower curtain missing, tissue box empty, half of the light bulbs were blown or missing, tv had been disconnected from cable box (easy fix); exterior had been recently painted and there was ABSOLUTELY NO signage which made it difficult to find on a congested access road; hallways were musty and not especially clean

Negatives: It stinks in this hotel. Too many strange folks standing around outside, people smoking weed out there. Strange folks standing in the hallway, staring at you. There’s no elevators. When I first checked in and got to my room, the door was cracked open. I informed the staff, but then I decided to stay somewhere else. I stayed here before the name change, and it was a nice hotel. I haven’t been to this hotel since, until now. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Negatives: The smoke smell permeates into the non-smoking floor and our clothing smelled as if we were smoking

Negatives: Can't think of anything I didn't like .

Negatives: The shower was not installed correctly. So I had to take a shower from my knees.

Negatives: There was no breakfast upon my check out date. Nothing to stir coffee with. I had to ask for hand soap. Staff seemed unconcerned. However they did take care of my needs.
