We always look forward to staying here! It is always clean, comfortable and a good stay away from home. Location is excellent and right by the outlet mall off the interstate.
Negatives:
The only two things that could have been better but were not deal breakers were that the shower curtain wasn't long enough which caused water to spray out onto the floor and the breakfast hot items seemed as if they had been warmed from the day before. There were plenty of other options but just that the hot items weren't fresh. Again, these were not deal breakers that interrupted our good stay.

Hampton Inn has been my first choice for years. But, they have embraced the pandemic excuse to lower every metric that you can think of. Pretty much like all the rest now.

The staff was friendly helpful. The room was great Good size and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was hot and delicious with lots of items ro choose from. Enjoyed the facilities and all it had to offer. The pool area was wonderful.

The pool could have been a little warmer as we stayed in the cold part of December.

Wonderful family Christmas shopping weekend at the Bluegrass Outlet Shops. The staff, Rayah Tamara, and Brittany were so welcoming and attentive to our every need. Cleanliness, warm breakfast, good location, nice indoor pool for the grandkids.

Location and hotel would have been fine minus the problem with bed bugs.
Negatives:
Very poor response from staff regarding the problem we had. Front desk help ended up telling me about his personal problem vs dealing with mine. Daughter discovered bed bugs all over her around 1:30am. I had to clean her items, move her into my room with my wife and change my room. Would have been ok, BUT I had to work way too hard to get the problem acknowledged. No effort to apologize or handle my bill until I pursued for quite a while. I was told that I don't have the authority to do anything. Corporate does. Never heard from corporate. Room ultimately got comp'd. I'll stay at Hamptons again because my stays are typically fine. Just a very poor response here. No extra effort on your part to recognize the problem, or I would have just said thank you for taking care of it. Left a cup full of bed bugs for them because it felt as if they believed I made it up. They had to prove it, which maintenance did. They dismantled the room the next morning and maintenance did apologize and told me the problem was very bad. I was still left with the bill of my daughter belongings which are still tied in a garbage bag for me to bring to a laundromat since she doesn't want me to dispose of her things. Had to buy new clothes for her to wear to the function we were in town for since hers weren't suitable for use.

We didn’t like the breakfast very well. The eggs and potatoes wasn’t very warm and not seasoned at all. I ended up just eating cereal.
