Positives:
Easy access from the interstate. Very clean.
Negatives:
Couldn’t contact the hotel by phone before arrival date to make changes with the booking reservation or to make definitive requests at the hotel or just to confirm the booking reservation. Shower turn knob was hard to engage in the on and off position. Not enough face cloths towels. Noisy guests in the hotel room above us. Pounding their feet on the floor for hours.

The room was filthy. The sink did not drain, there was glitter all over the floor, and a big cockroach in the shower. The bed was uncomfortable because there was a ridge in the mattress making it impossible not to roll.

The convivence of the location, it is right off the interstate and down the street from LSU. Makes it easy for game days, not too far or too close.
Negatives:
I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there were roaches running around in there. I can tell the building is being remodeled, but need to do better.

Hallways were very dirty. Discolored carpets, walls are all marked up needs painting. Breakfast was a complete joke. All tables were sticky and dirty, we had to ask for plates, syrup, butter, no regular creamer for coffee, sausage in a crockpot were all cold.
