Positives:
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean
Negatives:
Staff took forever to help at the front desk, and they gave me a queen room with double beds, when I paid for a king size studio room. Went back down to the lobby. Waited a good 5-10 minutes. Then the lady proceeded to tell me they had no kings available when I paid for a king. Then all of the sudden when I told her I paid for a king studio room. She finally gave me what I paid for online.

Positives:
A/C that worked! We had to attend a funeral, but went straight back to the room, it was hot as blue blazes outside it was also in close proximity to the funeral home, and the young man working your front desk at the time had given great directions.
Negatives:
You need a little help in planning the layout of handicapable bathrooms and guestrooms. The first one would not work at all, room was much too small to get around in and in the bathroom there were no bars in the toilet area or in the proper place in the shower nor a sufficient bath bench for a HC person who has to transfer to the bench to be able to do so. We went back down to the front desk and reported the room was not handicapple she said there was only one other HC able room, we went to check it the room itself was perfect, however the BR there was a rack of towels right in front of the toilet between the shower and all the way across to the toilet. I made it work but by the hardest toilet wise and since the shower was out of the question as well I did a sink bath. My I suggest, possibly seeking out the services of the Methodist Rehabilition services in Jackson MS they are the leaders in the Nation. Go to their facility, they can show you using models of bathrooms and rooms etc. What you need to truly be able to accommodate those who are HC. So they are kept as safe and comfortable as possible while staying at your facility. Also, I had hoped to be able to go swimming before turning in because of the heat we had been in all day. But when I asked where the pool was and asked if you had a lift for the HC, the young man said yes there was one but he did not think it had been used in a long time. I also asked was it a manual or remote controlled, he said he thought manual, which meant I would have had to have help to use it if it even indeed did work. We decided not to go to the pool since we had to turn in early to leave out the next a.m. by 6 to travel at a cooler time as our Pacifica A/C was not cooling well.
