Bobby the front desk guy was very helpful, and we felt like he genuinely wanted to help us if we had any problems, the other staff was very friendly but we mostly dealt with him
Negatives:
Sticky doors on the first floor, we had two rooms and both doors were hard to open, one refrigerator didn’t work, and the other refrigerator was like warm, also all the bathroom doors were expanded at the bottom from water damage in all four rooms we stayed there twice within a week and two rooms both times

It was great location for after a hard day fishing in Venice, and easy to get back on road next morning traveling back to Mississippi. AC worked great and as always Hampton Inns beds are the best!

We booked property expressly for the airport shuttle-there was NO shuttle on a Monday morning! We were told at check in that “Yes we have an airport shuttle” and our names were placed for an 8am departure. Monday morning-NO SHUTTLE! We love Hamptons… will always stay again… but this was really not cool about the shuttle-an added expense and inconvenience we didn’t count on….there needs to be clear communication among staff and proper training about ALL policies and amenities…. This is the only reason our stay was not rated a 10 or 5 star…

Everything except our room 302 door was dragging the frame and was loud when opening or shutting. One other problem below.
Negatives:
The door was dragging, making it inconveniently loud to others nearby every time you open or close it.. there was a very slippery wet spot that held water and slippery grime on top open parking deck. I slipped in it once but did not fall down. It's near the entrance to access door on third floor. Pillows are small squares like sofa throw pillows.
