This price was good. And we really enjoyed the jets in the bath tub.
Negatives:
The air conditioning did not work properly in our room. My husband had to clean the vents himself in order to make it work. It looked like it had never been cleaned.

The price was reasonable @ $100/night ( but still too much for this location ) and front desk staff was nice.
Negatives:
Very unsafe. Grown shirtless men outside our door drinking, being very loud and at times banging on our door until close to 4am. Bathroom was dirty, walking across the carpet barefooted caused the bottom of our feet to turn black. Smokeless room strongly smelled of smoke. Beds were very uncomfortable. I've stayed at a lot of cheap hotels and this was the the worst we have ever been too. Our door dash order was also stolen. 3 females in this room all night and we were terrified. The front desk staff did say he'd monitor the camera @ 3am when we called and said if they beat on the door again he'd call the police and would keep an eye out for us.

THERE WAS A CUSTOMER AT THE COUNTER ARGUING FULL ON WITH THE WORKER WHEN I ARRIVED! I BOOKED USING BOOKING.COM AND THE LADY SAID HER SYSTEMS WERE DOWN SO I COULDN'T CHECK IN!! NOT TO MENTION I CAME FROM LITTLE ROCK AR. I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL BUT RED ROOF STILL CHARGED MY CARD FOR $156.70! THANK GOD I HAD MY CARD LOCKED!!!!!!!
SO UNPROFESSIONAL IT WAS CRAZY! THIS WAS FRIDAY AND TODAY IS MONDAY AND THEY STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME!!
