Positives:
It was clean and the staff was OK very helpful. Ill except for the kitchen.
Negatives:
The breakfast was cold the sausage that they offered as well as the bacon was not cooked thorough taste like cardboard not much offered. The eggs werent done all the way.

Location was fine. Some roadwork nearby made it difficult diving in after dark.
Negatives:
I appreciate the AC unit being on but it was actually 63 degrees in the room when we arrived. It took several hours before it warmed up. The AC unit itself was super noisy and woke us up several times during the night. Also a refrigerated truck was parked outside with a super loud noise that we heard cycling on and off all night. Management should really be on top of those things a little better without having to wait on a complaint from someone in the middle of the night.

OK but pricey and run at "New Normal" standards... ie.. minimal expectations.
Positives:
Ease of getting in and out and it was close to a lot of things
Negatives:
Room was hot and we had to go buy a fan, elevator broke and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs, too close to interstate, breakfast was mediocre. No bottled waters at breakfast. No blanket for the sofa bed and mattress was so thin you could feel the springs.

The faucet in the tub would not turn.off. the water was brown. I feel no carpet should be in hotels for carpet hold odors and germs.
Positives:
The bed was comfortable and the room was comfortable. Good size, office chair and comfortable chair, TV was on the weather channel and the AC was on so the room felt nice when we walked in.
Negatives:
The walls were yellow and the accent wall was poorly painted red, the yellow especially was bad. And for breakfast, the hot stuff was good, but I miss the waffle iron. I like to make a good hot waffle at your hotels.
