The hotel and staff were in disarray because of computer problems. They have now TRIPLE CHARGED me of the taxes and fees. I have called twice and been promised the manager will reverse the charges. THEY HAVE NOT CALLED OR FIXED THE PROBLEM!

The front desk staff is now professional and personable. This was not always the case over the past four months. Those with good customer service were rare, and some were nearly surly towards guest. Great improvement.

The parking remains problematic. The spaces are tight, and there are not enough of them.

There has been a change in the front desk staff that has improved the check-in process and service level greatly. That said I Can say that the staff in every department now exhibits the kind of polite and professional service one expects at Hilton hotels

The staff was superb. The food at breakfast was very, very good . I was stunned by how exceptional it was. The only thing better than the food was the very reasonable price. My waitress was one of the best waitresses I ever had ; anywhere! Thank you .
