There is no shuttle from the airport. Called the hotel several times, no answer.
Room was filthy, not vacuumed, corners were never dusted. I did wiped the toilet seat to make sure. Bathroom in the hallway next to breakfast room has no toilet paper- that means it has not been cleaned for at least couple of days? I have pictures to support my claims . Property is run down thus, the charge of $200 is too expensive.

We were charged an extra $100 for “incidentals” which was not in my room confirmation email or in the statement of our expenses when we checked out. Supposed to be returned to my card, but hasn’t yet (5 days now). Very, very poor communication.

The breakfast room was adequate but the staff and their friendliness were exceptional.

This hotel is in need of major renovations, does not meet what I think a Hampton Inn should live up to. Not worth the money at all. I have stayed at Motel 6 that were in better upkeep condition. Doors would not shut in the lobby restrooms etc.
