Other hotels are much closer to the airport. The shuttle runs from 4am to 5pm. If you get in later, you are out of luck

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t working while we were there. The filter wasn’t functioning and heater was not working either, so they closed the pool for repairs.

Older hotel, but going through...
Positives:
The bed was comfortable. I can't think of anything else that was good about they stay here. I do feel bad that the hotel is short on staff, as most places are right now, but in that case, don't book all your rooms and expect to be able to give good service. That poor staff was probably overworked and too exhausted to be on their A game.
Negatives:
When we arrived for our scheduled time (used an email sent to us to confirm arrival time and choose the room), we were already 25 minutes later, they said the room wasn't ready yet and that we could wait in the lobby. I only wish we had known prior to arriving that they were behind on cleaning because I needed to get ready for an event and had to use the public bathroom in the lobby that had a hole in the wall near the floor. After waiting nearly an hour, we finally got checked in and the room had food crumbs on every hard surface and things were sticky. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and the floor and there was toothpaste spit on the faucet in the bathroom. It was really gross. The breakfast was fine but I didn't see anyone there working to refresh things that were out so we only got 1 coffee as there was only 1 lid and we didn't want to travel the elevator with an open container of hot liquid.
