Can’t stress enough how important it is to have the front desk people that speak English. I asked the guy this morning to print out the receipts from my previous weeks staying here and he couldn’t understand or even look me up in the system. It’s frustrating.

Staff , front Desk attendant Brandy is a gem of this hotel. Plus it’s always clean , cozy , easy accessible place.
Just as a suggestion- the night shift guys need to learn a little bit better English. It’s very hard to talk to them sometimes. Especially after a long, stressful day in the office, I have no pleasure at all to repeat myself 10 times so he can understand me.
