Positives: I checked in on 83 about 6:30 p.m. during a storm thunder lightning. At the point not every room had power. They proceeded to check me in check my room it had power. 2 hours later we flickered out for probably 20 minutes. At 3:30 a.m. power went out again no air conditioning no TV no refrigerator no microwave. The only room that had power was the bathroom. I asked when I checked out at 6:00 a.m. in the morning if they were going to give us any money back on the night and they said there was going to be no refunds or discounts. If I had known the power was going to be out and flickering like that I would have gone elsewhere. They could not even give me a receipt
