Room was comfortable. My husband needs down-free bedding, and staff switched out down pillows for polyester.
Negatives:
Breakfast is expensive. If you just want 2 scrambled eggs and a slice of toast, or in my case, a muffin and piece of fruit, it's either $17 or $19 depending on whether you take buffet or order off menu. We went down the road to a convenience mart.

Room had old cigarette smell and had to sleep with balcony door open.Breakfast buffet, no different than every other 2-3 star chain American hotel, was $17! Please. All I ever get is a banana/piece of toast. Bad when free. Not going to pay!!

I had booked thru booking.com, the tropical storm was bearing down, we were staying in a marina and needed a safe place to stay 9/24/23. I first called early that AM to find out of we could just stay in the lobby until our room was ready. The person I called was rude and mostly unhelpful but said we could sit in the lobby all day, 2 hours later I received notification my daughter 3 hours to the south was critically hospitalized. Again I called the Inn, they rudely said they could not help me or release the room, I had to deal with booking.com. It was unprofessional and I expected more from a Hilton property. Honestly we rarely travel and I was so anxious about the storm it never occurred to me to call the hotel directly because that is not what came up on the internet search.
