It was unhealthy/uncleaned facility. Does not look like they maintain or care about the property. My room my dirty. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned or checked prior I asked for another room the next was just as dirty and had a cockroach. Let immediately so filthy.

When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the pool was closed.My grandson and I choose this hotel because we stayed here the last couple of years..We come to Cumberland every year for the Polar Express Train ride.We had to find another hotel since we had tickets already.That hotel was 100.00 dollars more then my original choice which I had to cancel because of the pool being closed.The hotel informed me they told Booking.com about the pool being closed more then a month ago. I should be offered more than just a refund for the Best Western stay but a refund for half of my stay at the Comfort Inn.
