Room smell of cigarettes, no hot water, bugs, toilet malfunction, and other unpleasant things. My guest couldn't sleep, and some refused to return the hotel the following day. In fact, it was a waste of dollars.

Theres many things I didnt like about the property, the room was dirty and dusty and it smelled like cigarettes/weed and the bed wasnt comfortable at all. They really need to do better.

It was dirty , as soon as we checked in a guy from downstairs followed us upstairs to our room wanting to know if we needed anything . Figured out he was talking about drugs .
Also when checking out the front desk never acknowledge Md and I stood there waiting to check out for 15 minutes while he had a conversation with a girl that had nothing to do with her stay , it was all personal about her apartment back home . I walked out and went back to room to leave key in there and 2 weeks later I received a charge of $30 for leaving key in room and not checking out at front desk.
