The front desk receptionist that checked me in was wearing a dirty stained T-shirt and jeans, and had a terrible attitude. Very rude and made me feel like I was interrupting her by checking in. The room was not very clean not even swept and there were no towels. I had requested a room specifically on the main floor, but had to stay on the second floor because they told me the dayshift did not reserve my room properly overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not stay there again.

The room was cold as it hadn't been used for a while. A kind employee checked the unit. But, it took about 4 hours before the room felt comfortable. Also, only 1 previously used toilet paper in the bathroom.

It used to be good and one of my favorite ones but things have changed

It was a really bad experience, the room was open when I got there like the door was open before putting the key card, I thought someone else was inside the room, the room didn’t feel completely clean and comfortable, the pillows didn’t feel clean, the bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly, didn’t flush properly, just one toilet paper. I know mistakes can happen but if the room isn’t clean enough, customers should have the right and the option to move to other clean and fully functional room, assigned by the hotel staff in this type of situation.
