Free parking and the rooms are nice. I like the shampoo & conditioner bottles built in the shower. Less waste
Negatives:
The breakfast was included and was horrible. Cold eggs & sausage. Continually out of coffee, no milk for cereal and an extremely slow toaster that caused a line of people waiting

This is such a unique and lovely space! The food available is FANTASTIC. The staff was incredibly friendly and they keep the front desk open 24 hours a day. The room was spacious and clean. The outdoor space and lobby were great as well!
Negatives:
The hotel is not super walkable to many things or a subway line, but ubers are always near by! I would stay here again!

Easiest to describe as a hipster sorta place, or to accommodate younger travelers. QR code to order food and drinks. The staff was knowledgeable. Booked because it was cheap compared to most hotels in the area.

When I reported that the heat wasnt working in my room, they told me engineering turned it off for the season due to warm days- the high that day was 46. Hearing was loud and vent was very dirty. Hallways are narrow and place gives a 70s vibe

Positives:
Great boutique hotel situated in a fun neighborhood! Very friendly and welcoming staff that made our stay lovely. My two Rat Terriers were comfortable and enjoyed the park across the street. I will definitely come back to stay again!
