Negatives: I stay at quite a few Laquinta hotels but this one has a policy not to clean or replace towels unless you schedule it with the front desk. they have big signs in the room that say due to covid they only clean every 3 days, but they did not. food lacked

Positives: I have stayed here a few times before and was always happy with it

Negatives: This time was different, I was overall unhappy with the cleanliness of my room. There was human and dog hair on the towels and in the tub. The shower was only lukewarm and got cold quickly. The hallway outside my door needed a good vacuuming.
