Great staff, wonderful location near restaurants, a great Irish pub, and the south station.
Negatives:
I recommend asking the front desk to avoid putting you in a room on the highway side of the hotel. Regardless of the floor you are on (I was on the 3rd), noise was an issue that impacted sleep.

The hotel was modern and the room size was just right to accommodate four people. There was free coffee to start our day. It was a short stay of one night.

The staff was not so welcoming when we arrived to check in. The room was situated next to the main street not a scenic view.

The biggest/only complaint I had...

The location, lobby and cleanliness were so good.

Two things:
1- One of the staff, named Rachel was so mean. I wanted her to explain to me the price because I didn’t understand something. She said everything was clear in the receipt. OK, but I need to understand one thing she refused to explain. She seems not to know anything. I asked to speak to the manager, but she said I am the manager. Also, the way of greeting others was so different from us. She was smiling for some but not for us.
2- Parking was too expensive.
