I wish I knew there were 3 weddings that night. Aldi, the bars closed very early. . As a select guest member I am used to better service. Full coffee service for free in the morning isn’t a lot to expect . I usually get something upon arrival there was nothing. I was told to go to Starbucks for coffee?I’ve stayed in a lot of Omni hotels this was a first. In SF they actually refilled the coffee with hot coffee because they said it had been out for an hour.
The front desk staff at checkout and check in were amazing.

The rooms were small and not very clean looking. The duvet had lots of stains and looked pretty gross. The bathroom was not particularly clean. Walls are thin and you hear everything!

Came for the lights trolley tour. The hotel was in perfect proximity for us to walk. Enjoyed some drinks at the Last Harrah after and it was a great experience. Beautiful, historic hotel. Would visit again if in the area.

My keys were not returned to me because valet said issue with credit card. went to desk was told I owed for 2 niights. I had canceled room in November. when checking in the agent called Booking .com to confirm cancellation. Agent later called room to confirm she had spoken with Bookinhg.com and reservation was indeed cancelled. Agent/manager said we still had to pay, agent from check in was present and told Agent /Manager she had verified cancellation at check in. Agent Manager still demanded payment. I refused she said she would remove charges. Meanwhile valet would not give me my car keys I had to chase him back to office to get my keys, this is illegal in MA. And finally I get a charge on my Jet Blue card from Omni Parker House for one night, $276 charge because I did not cancel room in time. I am referring charge to Jet Blue for resolution. I did not authorize Omni to place this charge on my card. They illegally added chargbe to my card after I left.
