Positives:
The hotel was very clean, spacious, and had great facilities. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. The location is amazing and you can get anywhere via the metro.
Negatives:
They charged a mandatory $50 credit to the room; if you don't use it, it just gets charged anyway, and I wasn't notified of this in my booking. That's why the value score went down for me because it was already expensive.
