Positives:
Beautiful. So Close to TD gardens. Small bar/place to eat. Call ahead to get ur car…took almost an hour but it was the Andrea Bocelli concert. So I’m sure that they were a little overwhelmed.. would definitely stay here again. Especially for the cost of it well worth it!

We left a much more detailed review on the hotel's page when you search it, which I highly recommend you read, but here is the short version of why you should AVOID THIS HOTEL:
Valet parking was $65/night, and my laptop was stolen from the car. The room (611) faced an alley, and we were jolted awake at 7 AM by deafening construction noise. The staff knew about it but chose not to inform us and rudely brushed off our complaints. Their excuse? "It’s hotel-wide"—a blatant lie, as the noise vanished outside our room.
We checked out early in frustration, only to discover the theft of my laptop after we arrived at our next destination!! The hotel’s response? "Wait until Monday for a manager" who may or may not call me. Unacceptable. On top of that, they failed to provide basics like a hair dryer, lotion, regular coffee, or even a phone in the room.
This place cost us $230 for the room and valet+ $1,750 for a new MacBook and endless stress. $1,980 for only 16 hours at this hotel. That's $127/hour for this miserable experience!!!!!! Do yourself a favor—stay far away. We've added photos of the construction because we were not able to add a video here of the sound from our room.
Hopefully the hotel reaches out to us, this is not what we have ever experienced when we've stayed in Hilton properties in the past.

Positives:
The property felt very modern and inviting. It was a 2 block walk to MBTA North Station/TD Garden which was perfect for my business trip as I had to ride the commuter rail to my job site. You were within a 10 minute walk to most anything in the North End. Gordon Ramsay Burger and Mike's Pastry were highlights. Staff was incredibly helpful, particularly the evening/overnight staff. They helped us get checked in a bit early. Bed was super comfortable and loved the huge TV to watch from bed. For a smaller room footprint, we never felt cramped or lacking. The bathroom was perfect. Great amenities with the restaurant and vending areas in the lobby. Would always look to stay here when coming to Boston!

Superb
Negatives:
The price that was available on the Booking website was stating that it would be around 120$ after tax. It ended up being over 200$, as they charged "resort tax", and did not return the deposit, the reason being that it was used for the parking fee as we had a car. This was not mentioned at any point except after I called them to check why the deposit was not returned.
