Positives: comfortable beds
Negatives: The price was higher than should have been especially since there was no complimentary breakfast. Parking fee was high. Bathroom felt old and towels could have been neater and presented better instead of just stuffed on the rack

Positives: The location and views were great. We were impressed with the room and cleanliness of the hotel.
Negatives: I was disappointed with the breakfast and waitstaff who consistently missed parts of our order. It took 20 mins from when we were seated to when we got coffee with only 3 other tables filled. Also, $9 for a small glass of Tropicana orange juice is crazy.

Positives: Really nice hotel room with a small balcony that overlooked Copley Square and Cambridge. Very comfortable. AND great location for a short walk to many different shops, restaurants, and Boston Common & Boston Public Gardens.
Negatives: The room didn't have a fridge.

Negatives: the coffee needs improvement - lobby coffee in morn was lukewarm, yuck - staff wasn't exactly helpful.

Positives: The staff were very incredible! I got there a few hours earlier then expected and they were able to get me in my room within minutes. And I had a nice little surprise on my birthday. The Front Desk team got me a bottle of champagne waiting for me!
