Poorly maintained. Drains don?t work, sink faucet loose, no vending machine on ANY of the 13 floors worked, stained ceiling tiles, no housekeeping unless requested in the morning the day before.
Positives:
The location is ideal for travel on public transportation. There are 3 train lines within walking distance. The King room had plenty of space.

Complimentary breakfast of some sort would have been a nice bonus.

I was highly disappointed of the fact that mice were running in the hallway and in our rooms. They had mouse traps everywhere and mice droppings were inside the room. The rooms had no microwave or a fridge.

Location is convenient for medical treatment at Mass General Hospital. Housekeeping staff is very good and very accommodating.
Negatives:
The hotel needs refurbishing. The carpet in each room is old and dirty looking. The overall atmosphere is shabby. The restaurant has limited hours, dinner is not available, there is no room service. The ice machines on many floors do not work.

What I love about the hotel was the close proximity to everything!!!

This hotel is extremely below the standard of the brand Wyndham which was very disappointing. There was mold in the bathroom in the shower!! There was no refrigerator or microwave. For the price of the stay this was insane!!!
