After Tuesday, Dec 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The shuttle to and from the airport was easy and something to think about if you want to avoid driving in the city. Just take free shuttle from airport and Lyft everywhere else. The staff was incredible they were courteous and picked up right away on questions.

Negatives: We had our heater not working properly in our room and so had to switch rooms. But the staff did an excellent job in handling the issue quickly even though we had to move rooms.
