Between Sunday, Dec 1st, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Staff was amazing, breakfast great, were so kind and ready to answer every and every question but that’s a lot of money to be charged extra so I am not too happy.

Positives: Property was well kept. Lobby was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful (I needed some aspirin and was provided 2 pkgs, no charge). Room was clean. Biggest issue, the ac/heat fan was smooth and consistent (I can't stand loud worn out hvac fans). We had a small dog with us. There's a grassed area on the perimeter of the property to walk the dog which was great.

Positives: The handicapped accessible room was much appreciated! Plenty of space and walkin shower was excellent. Parking was plentiful and free. Location was convenient and easy on/off highway

Negatives: The breakfast needs work: the warming dishes were constantly filled, but contents were warm at best. Needed to microwave eggs, sausage. Waffles were precooked and just COLD. Toast station had bread and packaged plain bagels (fresh and different flavors would have been so much better!) No English muffins. There were mini-blueberry muffins which was nice, but more variety would be good.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Clean facility and a good breakfast. Only issue was that we were asked if we wanted everyday room servicing and I said no but once the midweek was fine. They forgot but when we called the front desk, they sent someone immediately. I would stay there again.
