The room was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes and weed. My Aunt went to use the pull out couch and there were clumps of hair and condoms. Very disappointed. Paid over $300 for the room.

The place was clean but run down. Little things like old carpets, scratches on all of the cabinets, shower control was not accurate. I got a cold shower first day because I couldn't figure it out. Dry wall in the halls ripped out. I called ahead for check in after midnight and another customer and I couldn't get in, we had to bang on the window hard.

We stayed in a suite. There is a large bedroom and large bath. Plenty of room in the living area. I stay at the Suites, every time I visit my family in Braintree. The bed is exceptional and pillows very comfy. For the most part, it is a very quiet hotel close to the mall. This time, we stayed 2 weeks. It's great that there are grills supplied in the back for cook outs. The few problems we encountered with the room, were resolved quickly. (bulbs out in most of the fixtures.) I will stay there again.
Negatives:
This is an old facility. Lots of little things not attended to in the rooms. Our heater was not working the first night, nor the room phone to call the front desk. Several lights out when we arrived, including the microwave. IMO, they could supply a few more glasses with the kitchen. No paper towels in the kitchen. Like I said, little things.

We got no wash cloth and no body wash. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. The phone didn’t work. The place smelled like mold. The sheets were dirty and the chairs were stripping and dirty. The hallways and stairs were dirty and stink.
