Positives: Convenient to hospitals. Great to have shuttle to hospitals. Drivers very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant staff friendly.

Negatives: Noisy air conditioner. Difficult to maintain room ambient air comfort. No paper nor writing items. Flashing alarm light in room 24/7. Noisy portable air filter.

Negatives: Never saw a smile on the employees faces. Except one nice gentlemen with a warm smile and a short but friendly conversation. All the others were grim faces, no smile, no greetings. Shame given that they were all young and one would expect them not to be so jaded.
