Positives: Because I went to my hotel that was paid in full and they told me they didnt have a room then proceeded to send 20 minutes to another hotel after waiting at first hotel for 46 minutes .
Negatives: The second hotel was disgusting and cupboards were broken . We asked pillows and blankets had no clean ones .
