Positives: Well, considering the police were already there when I arrived in the lobby to check-in, I suppose I liked telling them I felt a little freaked out.
Negatives: The room was NOT clean, as evidenced by the toilet having someone's pee on it, the bathtub having someone's hair in it, the floor sticking to the bottom of my shoes. There was quite a bit of noise at 1am when it sounded like every other occupant woke up and left chatting loudly down the hall.

Negatives: The hotel called me at 8PM on the NIGHT OF MY STAY to let me know that they overbooked and therefore they had no room for us. We were a few minutes from the hotel at this point. Why didn’t someone bother to check before ??!? This is unacceptable. We were on a trip 5 hours from home and every single hotel in a radius of 2 hours were sold out for the night. After spending 2-3h trying to find a solution, we had to come back home and drive during the night. The whole trip was cancelled because of that. Horrible customer service lol Please listen to the reviews other people left, its no joke.

Positives: Location. Beds comfortable.
Negatives: First, I was almost charged twice because they didn’t know I had paid through booking.com. Right before I ran my credit card, I told front desk attendant that I had paid. They were not thrilled. There was some comment from attendant, “ you should’ve told me that first”. I figure you would know if I paid or not. Not just automatically double charge me. Also, we had a pullout couch that needed bedding(sheets pillows blanket) Talked to someone at the front desk. They said they’ll be right up. Roughly an hour later, a person called the room and asked if we still needed bedding. At that point, we said no, as it was late, and we made do with a bare mattress on the pullout couch.

Negatives: Room was disgusting and dirty. Sheets had other peoples hair all over it and marked up with blue pen. Bathroom dirty with public hair. Smelled of mold. Hallways full of doors that were banged up. I did not even unpack my things but turned around and left and requested refund. I could not find any other hotels in the area and resorted to sleeping in my car which I have never done in my life. Staff also greeted me telling my daughter that because we checked in after hours, we may not even have been accommodated. After seeing the room thank God I got a refund
