The courtesy by the front office staff was excellent. The lady who was on duty when I arrived on Saturday about 14:00hrs through to Sunday morning was very courteous and professional. The other two who took over on Sunday afternoon were also very good.

The hotel is at a very convenient location for traveling to Cambridge. Shops like Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are almost right next to the hotel. Parking is available although at a charge of $25 per night.

The staff were not friendly and welcoming. The company’s website mentions a shuttle and when we inquired about it, we were told this was no longer available. Please remove it from your website! Also, the bathtub had rust and chips. Quite unsightly to look at. The decor in the room is quirky and unattractive. The “free” breakfast was not palatable.
