Up charges: $25 daily “resort” fee and $75 night security fee (refundable). Staff was very prickly, as if every customer was pissed off about the additional fees. Had breakfast to use some of the “resort” fee and it was not pleasant. When we arrived, I asked for assistance from the front desk with the online check-in process. He replied that he has nothing to do with tech and apps. Ok-then…

The fact that the staff made me stranded by requesting for deposit sum even when is not part of the original amount and it was never stated that I am expected to pay a deposit before being granted access to my room. I even offered to pay cash but was not received and I was allowed to stay for long before a friend could rescue me by using his Card. Is so unfortunate that I had to suffer for no fault of mine.

Really nice hotel and the staff was awesome however I wish their fees were more transparent. If I had realized I was going to be charged $25 a night to park my car I would have booked elsewhere also there $25 a night destination fee which supposedly covers food or drink at a bar or something I got neither yet I still pay at that fee. So, a room I thought was going to be 158 ended up over 200 I could have gone to La Quinta in Somerville, printed it wouldn't be as nice but I would have paid about $100 less at the end.

They did not even vacuum our room at all. They give you credit of $25 per day and charge you for it whether you use it or not. We had unopened groceries in our room which they threw away without our permission. No refill of shower soap or hand wash.

The room was fine, my issue was the night time service.
Negatives:
When my sister checked in with my handicapped aunt on the evening of November 28th she was greeted by two very unhelpful staff members. My aunt walks with a walker and had to walk extremely far to get to her handicapped room. I'm not sure why a handicapped space is so far from check-in, but it shows a minimal idea as to what handicapped means and assumes every person who is handicapped is in a wheelchair. I called ahead to ask about this and was not told how far the rooms was from check-in. My sister asked the two men if the following day my aunt could leave from the emergency exit right next to her room and their parked car. They said no and argued with her saying 'she got in here ok' completely lacking any empathy as to my aunt's needs. The following morning my sister asked the front desk (a different person) if they could exit through the emergency exit and she said she would call security and have them open the door. A simple and kind solution.
